With the unrests in Northern Africa the recovering tourism business is getting another boost for
2011. Bookings are up and there is a renewed interest in investments in hospitality projects.
Quality house prices are stable and there is a rising demand for building plots with sea view.
Recently we have acquired some interesting projects for customers who want to start a small
Hospitality business on Halkidiki with running returns of over 8% even in crisis years.

Light at the end of the tunnel – a train?
Despite the gloom and doom news there has been remarkable little in terms of price reduction in the Halkidiki Real Estate market – Main reason is the continuing inflow from investors from the Balkans and renewed interest from Russia.
Second reason is that the prices with some exceptions have not been inflated like in Spain or Croatia.
Some selected properties however have been reduced to a more reasonable level and opportunities exist, especially for investors with a medium term view.
Therefore we listed some properties with new prices, ranging from a 5 star Hotel for EURO 12 Mio. to a house close to the sea with terrific views for 110 000.
